WINGS Foundation Is Looking For Fluffy Support

The WINGS Foundation in Athens hopes to calm fears amongst young patients at O'Bleness Memorial Hospital by providing them with a soft, cuddly friend.
WOUB's Kaitlyn Marshall talked to Debra Cochran of the WINGS Foundation about its teddy bear drive.

W.I.N.G.S. is hosting a CHINESE AUCTION on Saturday, May 24, 2014 (to be held at the Athens American Legion) in an effort to raise monies for “The Teddy Bear Project”. We are seeking donations of merchandise items, gift certificates and/or financial support. ALL DONATIONS ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE as we are a non-profit organization. We appreciate any support you may be able to contribute to this very worthy cause.
