Severe Weather Causes Power Outages Across Region

Hundreds of people in portions of southeast Ohio are without power as thunderstorms roll through the region.
According to AEP Ohio’s outage map 860 customers in Scioto County, 190 customer in Vinton County and 103 customers in Jackson County are without electricity.
According to the National Weather Service, Scioto County remains under a severe thunderstorm watch until 5 p.m. Tuesday.
