Forecast: Much Warmer With Rain Showers

A FREEZING RAIN ADVISORY is in effect until 11 a.m. for Athens, Vinton, Hocking, Pickaway, Licking, Fairfield, Perry, Morgan, Coshocton, Muskingum, Tuscarawas, Carroll, Jefferson, Harrison, Belmont, and Guernsey counties. Although little to no ice accumulation is expected, some roadways and sidewalks may be icy.

For today, rain showers are expected throughout the day with temperatures warming into the mid 40s.

Tonight, more rain showers turning to snow as temperatures drop to the mid 20s.

Snow showers look to continue into Friday morning, but conditions should clear up by the afternoon.

Friday's high of 25° will occur in the morning hours. Temperatures look to drop into the low 20s by the afternoon.

The next chance of snow moves in the region Saturday night and last into Sunday.
