Visitors to three Ohio cities will soon see billboards pointing out how one group believes that the state slights women.

The signs near airports in Cleveland, Columbus and Dayton draw attention that Ohio doesn't guarantee paid maternity leave, and nearly one-in-five women in the state live in poverty.

The ads also will appear on travelers' mobile phones while inside the airports.

The billboards lists facts that are intended to show Ohio women are not supported in the workplace.

The Ohio Chamber of Commerce calls it a misguided effort to use Ohio's hospitality industry to advance job-killing public policy ideas.
