Water Outage Planned For South High Street and Lasher Hall

The project contractor will be working on a waterline tie-in on West Union Street begining Wednesday September 24 through Thursday September 25.
A water outage is planned for Thursday at 7:30 a.m. until approximately 5 p.m. for properties on South High Street and Lasher Hall. A precautionary boil order may be issued.
Along with the outage, the work will require the closure of South High Street and may require the closure of the westbound lane of West Union Street between South Congress Street and South High Street. South High Street will remain closed overnight. Local access will be maintained.
The contractor will also be working on signals at the intersection of West Union Street and South Shafer Street. Flagged traffic may be required during some periods of the work.
