ARTS/West to Host 7th Annual Cat’s Pajamas Clothing Exchange

The clothing exchange is ARTS/West’s major annual fundraiser, and utilizes more than 50 volunteers over 360 total hours to create the popular event.
Unwanted clothes may be brought to ARTS/West, 132 W. State Street in Athens, Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to receive a “golden ticket” which allows donors to take unlimited items during the event.
A massive amount of clothing will be available during the weekend of the exchange, according to organizers.
The event will take place at ARTS/West, Friday from 5-8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 12-5 p.m. If clothes are donated on the days of the exchange, donors may take as many items as they brought, additional items $1.
Entry is $15 during the Friday Opening Day Event. Sunday’s entry is $5, and entry is only paid once during the entire event. All proceeds benefit ARTS/West, a non-profit arts organization.
