The Ohio field hockey team signed four new members during their early signing period: Karynne Baker, Amy Edgerton, Gabrielle Lorenzo, and Gabrielle Wink. Baker served as a team captain for two years at McLean High School in Virginia, earning all-district honors as both a junior and a senior. She followed up an eight-goal, 12-assist junior season with nine goals and 16 assists as a senior. Baker finished her high school career with 34 goals and 47 assists.

Edgerton played three years on the varsity squad at Mercy Academy in Kentucky, earning first team all-state honors as a senior, a spot on the Senior All-Star Team, and a Kentucky Miss Field Hockey nomination. She led her high school to a state runner-up finish in 2014.

Lorenzo earned four letters at Sachem North High School in New York, totaling 27 career goals and 34 career assists. She earned All-Division I honors her first three seasons and all-conference laurels as a sophomore and a junior.

Wink garnered five letters at Pinckney Community High School in Michigan, starting for five years after joining the high school squad in eighth grade. She received all-conference selection in 2015, a Division I League title, and state tournament runner-up finish. Wink was a three-year National Futures Championship selection.
