Freshman theatre major Adam Dominick, who plays the lead role of Charlie Brown, was always a fan of the original animated classic. “It’s such a classic character, I know the previous run of the show was a huge crowd-pleaser for young and old,” he said. It has been a fun process for him but also challenging because it is literally a word-for-word adaptation of the original material. “I know fans will notice if we make a mistake so it pushes us harder to do our best.”

He hopes to continue acting after graduation. “Theatre is my life, I want to make a difference with my performances, not only to entertain but to have a positive impact in people’s lives,” he said. Dominick encourages attendees to come early for the pre-show entertainment and stay after the show to meet and interact with the cast.
