Duluth, Minnesota's Trampled by Turtles have become a fixture of the U.S. festival circuit, having performed at Coachella, Bumbershoot and the Austin City Limits Music festivals, to name a few.

WOUB contributor Josh Antonuccio caught up with band members Ryan Young and Erik Berry at Louisville's Forecastle Festival, where they discussed the group's recent appearance on Late Show with David Letterman and their upcoming sold-out gig at Red Rocks Amphitheater.

Due to the sold-out show at last year's final concert, the Athens Rock Camp for Girls and ARTS/West will present two concerts at the end of their week-long camp.

The camp, which started on July 21, will host shows on Saturday, July 26 and Sunday, July 27, featuring the debut performances of bands created during the week.

The Forecastle Festival in Louisville, Ky., is a three-day event that ties together four stages of music, all alongside the river in the 85-acre Waterfront Park.  

Started in 2002, it’s become of the biggest summer music festivals around. This year, the festival boasts three major headliners: Beck, Jack White, and Outkast, as well as a slew of prominent national and regional acts.
