Back on campus to attend the annual convocation of Ohio University's Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Ronald C. Moomaw talks with Tom Hodson about his work as a NASA flight surgeon and psychiatrist at Johnson Space Center in Houston. Dr. Moomaw works with International Space Station astronauts, crew members, and their families, providing behavioral health support. He is also the principal investigator for Sleep/Wake Measures in Space Analog Environments.

Jackie Wolf welcomes guest Michele Biddlestone, Lactation Consultant at O'Bleness Memorial Hospital, to talk about World Breastfeeding Week. Taking place every year during the first week of August, this years theme is "Breastfeeding: A Winning Goal for Life", a division of the United Nation's "Millenium Development" goals to fight poverty and their effort to create sustainable development. The two discuss long and short term benefits for maternal health, and the social stigma surrounding breastfeeding in US culture.

Host Steve Patterson leads a discussion on disability awareness on-campus and in the Athens Community, with an emphasis on technological advances for vision disabilities, and changes in campus disability accomodations in recent years. Guests Dr. JW Smith and Robin Brigante offer insight to the problems and challenges faced by those with disabilities, and give ideas on how campus and city officials can further accomodate an array of disabled people.

John Knouse and John Lohse of the Athens Conservancy talk with guest Bob Eichenberg about the new Athens-Belpre Rail Trail. The three discuss the struggles they are working to overcome in the completion of the trail, such as the building and funding of bridges, how donations and volunteer work will help accomplish the goals of the Conservancy, and how the trail will help in making Athens an even greater recreational destination.
