There may still be delays on Route 35 in Jackson County this morning due to a fatal car crash that happened yesterday afternoon.

Jackson County officials say the left front tire blew on a dump truck sending it over the median and into oncoming eastbound traffic.

The dump truck collided head-on with a semi-tractor killing the semi's driver, William Bargas, 39, of Hooversville, Pennsylvania.

Both vehicles caught on fire.

The driver of the dump truck,Seth Adkins, 31, of Lucasville, Ohio, was flown to the Ohio State University Medical Center for treatment.

There is still some cleanup to do this morning after fog stopped clean up efforts last night.
