Canterbury Pleads Not Guilty To Rape Charges
< < Back toThe Gallipolis man accused of sexually assaulting an Ohio University student pleaded not guilty to charges of rape today.
Levi Canterbury, 21, appeared in Athens County Common Pleas Court this morning.
Canterbury allegedly picked up the OU student in Athens, drove her to a parking lot and raped her.
Canterbury was arrested in September in El Paso.
Judge Michael Ward set Canterbury's bond at $200,000.
A jury trial is scheduled for December 13.
