Much of South-Central Ohio is still feeling the effects of Hurricane Sandy.

Snow is still falling and much of the state is still under a wind advisory.

The rain is creating slick roads and sludge-filled pavement.

ODOT District 9 crews are out patrolling the surrounding roads, and bridges.

The crews are focusing on treating spots that have received more snow than others.

ODOT staff saThey are also looking out for any downed trees and power lines this morning.

The ODOT crews will remain outside for much of the early afternoon.
