< < Back toThe Ohio River Sternwheel Festival has announced their headline entertainment for the 2019 festival. The Ohio River Sternwheel Festival will be held on the levee of the Ohio River, in Marietta, Ohio on September 6-8, 2019. Entertainment during the event will feature:
Friday, September 7
10 p.m. Blue Stones
9 p.m. Oak & Ash
6 p.m. Opening ceremony
Saturday, September 8
10 p.m. Simply Queen
9:30 p.m. The Harry J Robinson Fireworks
9 p.m. Simply Queen
Sunday, September 9
2:30 p.m. Motown Sounds of Touch
1 p.m. Captain James E Sands Memorial Sternwheel Races

ABOUT THE OHIO RIVER STERNWHEEL FESTIVAL
The Ohio River Sternwheel Festival began the weekend after Labor Day in 1976, to preserve the riverboat heritage the area is known for, as well as to promote tourism to the Marietta area.
The festival offers a full weekend of free, family oriented entertainment, as well as the best firework show around. Other activities during the weekend include:
