A Joyous Concert of the Band’s Greatest Hits At The Stunning Concert Venue

On July 7, 2019, they celebrated their sixth consecutive year of sold-out concerts at Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre, the world’s only naturally-occurring, acoustically perfect amphitheater, located just outside of Denver. Over 9,000 fans danced, sang, and cheered — it was the perfect way to spend a warm summer evening. Now, that magical night is available for PBS viewers. THE AVETT BROTHERS AT RED ROCKS is part of special programming beginning in August on PBS stations.

The Carpenter (2012) hit #4 on the Billboard Top 200, received enthusiastic reviews from People, USA Today and American Songwriter, and was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Americana Album. Magpie and the Dandelion (2013), their The Avett Brothers performing in the stunning natural setting of Colorado’s Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatreeighth studio album, debuted at #5 on the Billboard Top 200. True Sadness (2016), hit #1 on Billboard’s Top Albums Chart, #1 Top Rock Albums Chart, #1 Digital Albums Chart, #3 on the Billboard Top 200 and scored two Grammy nominations. The Avett Brothers were inducted into the North Carolina Music Hall of Fame in 2016 and continue to be revered as one of the top folk-rock acts in the country.
