WOUB Culture’s Suggested Listening series highlights the music that resonated with WOUB Culture contributors and regional artists in 2025.

Art Cromwell’s “Excursions” is a unique journey into Jazz History. From 1988, this program has focused on new, classic, previously unreleased, and recently discovered recordings.

In addition rare archival conversations Art conducted with Jazz artists over the past 45 years are also periodically presented.

“Excursions” is heard bi-monthly Saturdays 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Radio Free Athens, WOUB AM 1340.
