FreeThe Friends of the Athens County Public Libraries is having a Book Donation Drive Thru event on Saturday, October 12, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Athens Public Library, 30 Home Street, Athens. People can bag or box up their used good-condition books, drive them up to the front entrance of the Athens Public Library, and let Friends volunteers remove them from their cars.
