DESCRIPTION:On Friday\, August 28th\, from 5:30 to 7 PM\, Christy Davis\, Curator of Exhibitions at the Canton Museum of Art\, will share her perspective at the festive public opening reception for Distinguished Professor of Painting John Sabraw’s exhibition\, Telluric\, at the Kennedy Museum of Art. Sabraw’s abstract compositions explore natural phenomena\, the earth’s complex ecosystem\, and humanity’s essential yet often fraught relationship with it. Curator Christy Davis and artist John Sabraw collaborated to organize a 2025 exhibition of Sabraw’s work at the Canton Museum of Art. We are delighted that their collaboration continues with the Telluric exhibition at the Kennedy Museum of Art\, which runs through December 6th. All are welcome to join us for this free\, informal\, and informative discussion and artist reception.
