DESCRIPTION:You are invited to join Passion Works at The Great Athens Yard Sale on June 4\, 2022 at the Zenner House 30 Utah Pl\, Athens\, OH. The event will take place from 9am – 3pm with everything being marked down by 50% at 2pm. \nJeffery Chaddock with Envisage Wealth (Ameriprise Financial) is the host of the event. There will be music and free popcorn. 100% of sales will go directly to Passion Works. 50% will support the Passion Works Endowment at the Foundation for Appalachian Ohio and 50% will go towards general operating funds. \nYard Sale donations have been coming in from Passion Works supporters in the Athens area and Columbus. Lots of treasures have already been donated\, including: holiday decorations\, housewares\, collectibles\, toys and games\, Noritake China\, paintings\, and more….. \nPassion Works is still accepting good “quality” donations up until June 3rd. They can be dropped off at Passion Works\, 20 E. State St.\, Athens\, OH from 10am – 6pm Monday through Saturday.

DESCRIPTION:UCM Center continues to provide meals to the community most Saturday afternoons from 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Our free community meals have been served with no questions asked and without requirements of participants since 1993. We remain dedicated to serving the freshest and most nutritious meals possible. At this time meals are served as dine-in\, however meals can be packaged for carryout. Masks are highly encouraged. Masks and hand sanitizer are available at the entrance. \nWe rely on volunteers to prepare and serve meals. Join us Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. To help out sign up at GivePulse or email connect@ucmathens.org.
