DESCRIPTION:Each Thursday Athens KTC is hosting quiet meditation during the lunch hour.  This is non-religious meditation that starts with 20 minutes of sitting meditation (chairs and floor cushions are provided) then optional walking meditation\, quietly around the room\, followed by another 20 minutes of sitting meditation.   If you need to enter after we have started\, or need to leave before the end\, that is okay\, just try to be quiet.  Donations are welcome\, in order to pay rent for the use of the room.
