SUMMARY:16th Annual Nelsonville Music Festival
DESCRIPTION:The 16th annual Nelsonville Music Festival takes place June 4-7\, 2020 in Nelsonville\, Ohio featuring many musical acts in four days on multiple stages along with on-site camping\, artisan vendors\, kids activities\, food\, a beer garden\, and more. Your support of this festival is more than a fun weekend\, you are helping to support the arts for kids in Southeast Ohio. Thank you. \nBillboard has called Nelsonville Music Festival “one of the best kept secrets of the U.S. music festival circuit”\, and in our 16th year NMF continues to gain fans who want a music festival with a more personal experience. All kids 12 and under are free and the festival features a huge kids area with activities all weekend. SUMMARY:Athens Rock Camp for Girls 9th Annual Final Concert
DESCRIPTION:This concert will be the culmination of a week long music and empowerment camp for girls and gender non-binary youth ages 12-18. Campers will perform original songs created during their week together. Athens Rock Camp for Girls believes that the creative voices of girls and non-binary youth need to be amplified to create social change. Through this camp\, musicians\, organizers\, and campers seek to demonstrate that every genre of music\, from the heaviest to the most delicate\, and every technical job and creative endeavor in the music world\, is available to any girl or woman or non-binary individual who wants to explore it. Your donation of $5-$20 at the door will help ensure that we can continue to keep this camp as low cost as possible in order to enable participation from campers of all economic backgrounds.  Come watch these campers sing out and make noise!!!
