This engaging event will include a cooking demonstration\, participant workshop\, tasting session\, and gardening presentation during which participants will discover the unique flavors and benefits of vegetables traditional to Asian dishes. \nAAAA will show how to cook commonly available vegetables in various Asian ways\, introduce a few climate-resilient Asian vegetable and legumes\, as well as demonstrate how to cook various mushrooms.
