It is the first publication to present these amazing places from a traveler’s perspective—as rewarding architectural experiences\, with deeply informative site descriptions\, plus curated routes to historical\, scenic\, and natural treasures across the region. Archaeological\, historical\, and Indigenous knowledge enriches the text\, assembled by the author over many years of collaborative work. DESCRIPTION:The Cloth to Clothing Workshop Series offers adults the opportunity to build new skills\, enhance knowledge\, stay current with industry trends\, and pursue professional development through a high-quality workshop series. Sessions are designed to connect textile processes with garment making in this cloth-to-clothing focused series. Participants receive lecture and demonstration-style learning in a professional studio setting with seasoned professionals. All materials and supplies are included in the tuition. \nEach day will host a morning session with a “cloth” topic and an afternoon session with a “clothing” topic. Each session lasts for three hours and is led by a professional in the subject area.  You can purchase your workshops individually or choose the full series package\, offering a discounted rate. DESCRIPTION:Weekly community group runs for runners and walkers of all abilities take place every Tuesday at 6:00pm at Ohio Valley Running Company (20 Station Street in Athens). Runs take place on the bikepath\, so you have the opportunity to go as short or as long as you’d like. Masks are not required during the run\, but we ask you to please wear your mask prior to the start of the run\, after the run\, and while in the store.

DESCRIPTION:It’s playtime at The Nest!\n\nBreak the routine\, get out of the house and come let your little ones play in a fresh space while you get to talk with other grown-ups for awhile!\n\nCome and go as you please anytime during our open play hours.  Toys and activities are geared towards babies and toddlers but older siblings are welcome to come along.\n\nWhile you’re here\, peruse the lending library of books\, DVDs and even baby carriers free to borrow!\n\nTuesdays masks are optional\, while Thursdays are mask-only for those who prefer a “mask-on” environment.\n\nDisinfectant wipes are always available and we have a tub for toys that have been “mouthed” so they can be washed before future use.\n\nA changing table and toddler potty are available as well as a bottle warmer and fridge for storing formula/milk.
