DESCRIPTION:Have you been wanting to try Scottish dance\, but couldn’t commit to a full series? You’re in luck! We’re running a standalone\, start-at-the-very-beginning class that’s FREE if you’ve never danced with us before ($5 otherwise). This is the perfect way to get your brain and body moving and meet new friends! Scottish Country Dance is a social dance form a bit like contra\, but with more footwork. The name of the game is fun! Start at the very beginning\, with no partner or experience necessary. If you can walk briskly\, you can dance! No registration required. Just show up\, solo or with a friend. Attire: Clothes you can move in. Sneakers or ghillies are great on your feet. Dresses\, kilts\, shorts\, or yoga pants are all perfect. Come dance with us!
