For Ages 16+

Join Dairy Barn teaching artist Hillary Gattian on Tuesdays (April 4-May 23) from 5:30pm-7:30pm for A201 Altered Books.  In this class, secondhand books become both sketchbook and canvas.  Students will explore conceptual ideas through a variety of techniques and media, including collage, painting, drawing, and embroidery.  This class is well suited for those with no previous experience and  practiced makers looking for a new way to approach familiar mediums.  All materials, besides your chosen books to alter, are included.
