On Labor Day, join union supporters in Athens on September 1, 1:00 – 2:30 pm at the Athens Community Center, East Street, Athens. You will hear from union speakers from the OU Faculty Union and OU Worker Union who share about the importance of unions to promote employee rights and protections.

Please bring a canned food donation for the Mutual Aid project for people in need in our community.  Sign the petitions to our legislators.  Bring your protest signs to stand along East State Street.

Athens 50501 is joining protests all across Ohio and the United States.  Standing up to be heard in a nonviolent setting.
