Join Live Healthy Appalachia on Sunday, November 5th for the annual Pumpkin Hustle 5K/3K fundraising event! Come on out to Eclipse Company Store in The Plains at 12 pm for your choice of a 5K run or 3K walk. Pre-register today at livehealthyappalachia.org for $25 and get your very own Pumpkin Hustle T-shirt! Day-of registration is $15 and opens at 11 am. Kids 12 and under enter for free so make it a family event! Card payment available through pre-registration link. Cash and check payment also accepted by mailing to PO Box 930 Athens OH, 45701 or dropping off to the LHA office at 145 Columbus Rd. Suite 201. Please include your name and email in any mailings to ensure proper registration.

Team registration is also available – pre-register 4 members and get 1 for free! There will be prizes given to 1st place 5K finishers as well as pumpkin seed treats for everyone after the race. Gear up for the cold winter by warming up at the Pumpkin Hustle. We hope to see you there!
