The first part of the Mindful Triathlon is a 5K your way: run, walk, strut, or stroll, just make it to the finish line. There are no winners and certainly no losers. After the 5K we’ll reconvene for 45 minutes of gentle yoga. Whether you’ve never done the downward dog or you’ve mastered your lotus pose, this yoga session is for anyone and everyone. Lastly, clear your mind and relax your body because we are finishing the Mindful Triathlon with 15 minutes of guided meditation. Allow your body and mind to be still. The Mindful Triathlon is guaranteed to be a rejuvenating experience for your mind, body, and spirit!
