SUMMARY:Fall Harvest Barn Dance
DESCRIPTION:The Green Sanctuary committee of the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Marietta will be\nsponsoring an old-fashioned square and contra dance on Saturday\, October 5\, 2019 from 7:30 to\n10:00. Funds raised during this event will go toward the Sustainability Workshop being\nplanned for February\, as well as other projects that support renewable energy use in the Mid-\nOhio Valley. Chris Jacobs will be calling the squares and Dawn Hewett will be calling the\ncontras.\n“Everyone is welcome\, you do not need to know how to square or contra dance\, ” says Jacobs.\n“We will teach anyone to dance and you don’t need a partner” \nThe dance will be held at Ballantyne’s barn at 841 Greene St\, Newport\, OH. The cost\nwill be $10 for adults and $5 for students. Snacks and family-friendly beverages are\nincluded. For more information\, contact Chris Jacobs at (740) 373-6045. Come out and dance!
