After two seasons as the Tight Ends Coach/Recruiting Coordinator, Brian Haines will now have a new role with Ohio football. Ohio head coach Frank Solich has named Haines the special teams’ coordinator for the 2012 season.

Haines will be filling the spot left by Pete Germano, who joined the coaching staff at Fresno State. He coaches under former Ohio assistant coach Tim DeRuyter. Germano is the assistant coach in charge of special teams and the defensive line.
