Second Victim Dies In Perry County Crash

A second victim has died as a result of a Perry County head-on crash.
Carrie Morrison, 18, died yesterday.
Officials at the Lancaster Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol say the accident happened on U.S. 22 near Amish Ridge Road in Madison Township around 7:00 a.m Tuesday.
Carol Emmert, 60, of Rushville died at the scene.
Authorities say Morrison went left of center and hit Emmert's vehicle head-on.
