An Ohio University campus is set to receive money from a bill passed by the Ohio House of Representatives.

State representative Terry Johnston (R-McDermott) announced the Ohio House passed House Bill 482, which is the capital appropriations budget.

The Ohio University Southern campus will receive $420,000  for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems as well as lighting upgrades.

The bill also contains $150,000 for classroom and laboratory renovations, as well as $200,000 for repairs to the Collins Center.
