West Virginia Man Appears For A Change Of Plea Hearing

A 36-year-old man from Vienna, West Virginia appeared before Judge Michael Ward for a Change of Plea Hearing.
Athens County Prosecuting Attorney Keller Blackburn says James Haddox engaged in forced sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old female in May 2011.
Haddox plead guilty to Felonious Assault and was sentenced to serve two years in the State Penal System.
He was also ordered to pay the court costs for the Change of Plea Hearing and to not have contact with the victim or family.
