Heroin – Oxycodone Lands Michigan Pair In Scioto Jail

A driver stopped by the Ohio State Highway Patrol knew he needed to jettison his stash of drugs so he took off – but it didn't help.

Troopers report that Marcus M. Spicer, 39, and his passenger Diamond-Shakeria Williamson, 24, both of Michigan, were stopped for traffic violation when their vehicle charged away. 

As the OSHP followed, a bag was thrown from the suspects car.

After a brief chase.the car was again stopped on US 23 – this time on front of the State Highway Patrol Post. 

When the bag that had been thrown from the car was recovered, Troopers found 42 grams of heroin and 305 thirty milligram Oxycodone pills with a combined street value of approximately $15,450.

Spicer and Williamson were charged with Possession of Heroin and Possession of Oxycodone.

Both are being held in the Scioto County Jail.
