After transferring to Ohio and getting some playing time last season, Kadeem Green is searching once again for a different opportunity. According to Jeff Goodman of CBS Sports, the 6-foot-8 sophomore is one of the 350 players on the growing 2013 Transfer List.

Green came to Ohio last year from Missouri, sitting out the first half of the season due to NCAA transfer rules. Once Green became eligible to play, he saw some playing time, but was never a part of the Bobcats’ rotation.

Knee injuries limited Green’s potential on the floor last season, as well as fitting into the team’s offensive and defensive strategies right away.

Green played in 12 games last season for the Bobcats, averaging 5.3 minutes per game. While on the court, he averaged 2.9 points on 75.0% shooting from the field, but often looked lost in the offense.

The news on Green’s impending transfer comes with no shock, as coach Jim Christian has three big men joining next year’s team through recruitment. Antonio Campbell, Wadley Mompremier, and Maurice Ndour are all expected to get playing time next year.

There is no word on where the sophomore will be transferring.
