WOUB To Live Stream Panel From Ethics Week 2013 Conference
< < Back toWOUB Public Media will live stream a panel discussion from Ethics Week 2013 at Ohio University beginning at noon on Wednesday, Oct. 2.
The panel "Can we Safely and Successfully Re-Engineer Humanity?" will go from noon to 1:30 p.m. in WOUB’s Television Studio A, Radio Television Communication Building at Ohio University.
Participating will be Dr. Chris Hook (Mayo Medical School), Scott Carson (Professor of Philosophy, Ohio University) and Scott Robe (Attorney, Athens, Ohio). They will tackle the weighty topics of genetics, engineering of the human genome and the bio-ethical implications.
This national series and dialogue is being sponsored by Ratio Christi, The Chuck Colson Center for Christian Worldview and the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF).
