Ohio Man Charged In Slaying Waives Extradition

A man accused of killing a West Virginia teenager will return to Ohio to face a murder charge.
Media outlets report that 36-year-old Ernest Roach of Racine, Ohio, waived extradition during a hearing Tuesday in Kanawha County Circuit Court in West Virginia.
The body of 16-year-old Erika Brown of Cross Lanes, West Virginia, was found along the banks of the Ohio River in Meigs County, Ohio, earlier this month. She had been reported missing on Aug. 10.
Police say Roach met Brown on the Internet.
