Ohio Supreme Court See Quick Switch To Electronic Filing
< < Back toThe Ohio Supreme Court says attorneys are moving quickly to take advantage of a new electronic filing option.
The court says 70 percent of documents have been filed electronically since the court began allowing the process last month.
The filing is a change for the court, which previously required attorneys to mail documents or drop them off in person.
The court says 1,046 documents filed since Jan. 5 were sent electronically out of a total of 1,488.
The move puts the court in line with federal courts, which allow electronic filing.
