Body Found in Little Kanawha River
< < Back toPARKERSBURG, W.Va. (AP) – Police say a fisherman found a man’s body in the Little Kanawha River near Point Park in in Parkersburg.
Media outlets report that Parkersburg police identified the man as 50-year-old Kevin Matthew Mullins of Parkersburg.
Police say Mullins’ body was discovered Monday afternoon. The body was sent to the state medical examiner for an autopsy.
Police say some of Mullins’ belongings were found along the river’s south bank.
