OHSAA Releases Latest Computer Ratings

The Ohio High School Athletic Association released its latest computer ratings ahead of week six competition. Several teams within our coverage area are ranked within their respective region.

Beginning with larger teams, Logan (5-0) stands in second place in division II, region five with an 11.1 rating. Tri-Valley (4-1) ranks 10th in the same region with a 7.2 rating.

Down to D-III, region nine, Jackson (4-1) sits in third place with its 8.7 rating.

Maysville (5-0) occupies the fourth spot in D-IV, region 13 with a rating of 8.4 while Bloom-Carroll (3-2) sits tied for 10th in the same region with a 5.35 rating.

Keeping in the same division, Meigs (4-1) ranks 11th in region 14 with its 6.25 rating.

D-V, region 17 is crowded with teams within our coverage area. Zane Trace (5-0) ranks second with its 9.5 rating, Alexander (4-1) sits at No. 4 with a 6.65 rating, River Valley (4-1) comes in at No. 7 with its 5.85 rating, and Wellston’s (3-2) 4.3 rating puts it in 10th.

Much like the aforementioned region 17, D-VII, region 25 boasts several teams from within our coverage area. Trimble (4-1) sits in third with a 6.65 rating, Miller (4-1) occupies the fifth spot with its 5.6 rating,  Belpre (3-2) ranks ninth with a 3.5 rating and Southern (2-3) rounds out the region in 12th with a 3.15 rating.
