Due to Tanya Tucker’s continuing treatment for an upper respiratory infection, her doctors have advised her to take the rest of this month off from performing. Her concert scheduled for this Friday, Oct. 21 at the People’s Bank Theatre in Marietta, has been rescheduled for Friday, Dec. 9, 2016 at 8 p.m.

The concert was scheduled by V-M Charities as a benefit for Washington County Foster Parents & Children. V-M Charities and Peoples Bank Theatre wish Tanya a quick and speedy recovery.

Tanya’s management notes that: “This show is very important to Tanya andcit means a lot to her to help the charity. Postponing the concert is not something that Tanya wants to do, but she has been advised by her doctors, and her health is the number one concern at this time.”

The Peoples Bank Theatre Box Office is contacting all patrons who had purchased tickets by email and phone to advise them of the rescheduled date. Patrons are advised to hold on to their tickets. Tickets already purchased for the Oct. 21 concert are still valid for the Dec. 9 concert date. Patrons unable to make the rescheduled date should email the box office at tickets@peoplesbanktheatre.com with their confirmation number and contact information, or call the Box Office at 740-371-5152.
Peoples Bank Theatre Box Office hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
