WOUB to Stream Oct. 30 Debate for Ohio’s 15th Congressional District
< < Back toOn Tuesday, Oct. 30, WOUB will live stream and radio simulcast a debate between Democrat Rick Neal and Republican Steve Stivers, candidates for Ohio’s 15th Congressional District starting at 6 p.m. The debate is taking place in Ohio University’s Nelson dining hall, on the university’s Athens, OH campus.
The live stream will be available on this page or at THIS LINK, or you can hear the debate live online here or on the live radio broadcast on WOUB-FM 91.3.
The moderator of the debate will be Ohio University alumnus Joe Hallett, a retired reporter who worked at the Cleveland Plain Dealer, The Toledo Blade, and the Columbus Dispatch throughout his career.
The debate is not open to the public. Neal and Stivers will each invite 50 guests, and Ohio University will distribute 50 tickets to a predetermined group of staff, students, and faculty. Media is credentialed for this event, and must notify Jim Sabin at 740-593-0858 or at sabin@ohio.edu if they plan to attend, no later than 10 a.m. on Monday, October 29.
