The unofficial results are in for Muskingum County.

James Porter is the unofficial winner of the county commissioner race with 18,382 (65 percent) votes defeating John Bates who earned 9,994 (35 percent) votes.

Muskingum County residents voted against a 5.2-mill, 10-year renewal and increase of Zanesville City School District’s levy 4,101 (59 percent) to 2,901 (41 percent).

Muskingum County residents voted to renew and increase a 1.25-mills Muskingum County Library System Levy 14,259 (51 percent) to 13,699 (49 percent).

Cass Township voters renewed a 2-mills, five year Fire Protection Levy 397 (67 percent) to 194 (33 percent).

Village of Dresden voted against adding 2-mill to the Roads and Bridges Levy 257 (52 percent) to 237 (48 percent).

Falls Township voters renewed a 2.5-mill, five year Fire Protection Levy 2,846 (74 percent) to 1,019 (26 percent).

Harrison Township voters renewed a 2-mill, five year Roads and Bridges Levy 191 (66 percent) to 97 (34 percent).

Village of Philo voters renewed a 2.5-mill, five year Current Expenses Levy 140(69 percent) to 64 (31 percent).

Hopewell Township voters replaced a 1-mill, five year Fire Protection Levy 283 (71 percent) to 115 (29 percent).

Jefferson Township citizens voted in favor of a Fore Protection Levy 105 (67 percent) to 51 (33 percent).

Licking Township voters renewed a 1-mill, five year Fire Protection Levy 593 (64 percent) to 332 (36 percent).

Meigs Township voters renewed a 1-mill, five year Fire Protection Levy 50 (69 percent) to 22 (31 percent).

Village of South Zanesville residents voted against adding 2.3-mill for five years to the Zanesville Park and Pool levy 236 (52 percent) to 219 (48 percent).

Springfield Township residents voted against Electric Aggregation 657 (59 percent) to 462 (41 percent).

Salem Township voters renewed a 1-mill, five year Fire Protection Levy 243 (76 percent) to 77 (24 percent).

Norwich residents voters renewed a 0.5-mill, five year Union Fire District Levy 585 (77 percent)  to 178 (23 percent).

Washington Township voters renewed and increased the Fire Protection Levy to a 2.5-mill, five year levy 786 (56 percent) to 629 (44 percent).

Wayne Township voters renewed a 1-mill, five year Roads and Bridges Levy 1,322 (69 percent) to 587 (31 percent).

Village of Roseville voters renewed 3-mill, five year Current Expenses Levy 93 (65 percent) to 51 (35 percent).

Village of Roseville residents voted against Electric Aggregation 96 (69 percent) to 43 (31 percent).
