This includes people with HIV, pregnant women, and people with underlying medical conditions.
The Kroger Mid-Atlantic Region includes all West Virginia Kroger stores, except in Wheeling. It also includes Ashland, Kentucky and the Ohio stores in Marietta, Belpre, and Proctorville.
