BALTIMORE, Ohio (WOUB) – Both Amanda-Clearcreek and Liberty Union came into their MSL-Buckeye season opener with a 2-1 record.

After losing 31-7 last season against the Lions, Amanda-Clearcreek was looking for revenge in 2021. Taking an early lead, it was a tight contest throughout the game.

Amanda-Clearcreek (3-1, 1-0) came out on top 20-10 over Liberty Union (2-2, 0-1) in a hard-fought contest. This victory for Amanda-Clearcreek sets up a showdown with conference rival Bloom-Carroll (4-0, 1-0). The winner of that game could be crowned conference champions when it’s all said and done.
