Beyond The Court: Father-daughter bond extends beyond the living room and onto court

This week’s Beyond The Court takes a look at Alexander star Marlee Grinstead and coach Jeff Grinstead, and their impact together on the court.
The father and daughter duo have been player and coach for most of Marlee’s life, and their connection together helped to power the Alexander Spartans Girls to their immense success in recent years.
Together in Marlees’s senior season, they led the team to a 13-9 record and a trip to the sectional finals.
Though their time together on the court may be over, their bond is never ending, and together they hold the memories the share and the legacy the created.
