About Caitlin Kraus:
- In addition to her career as a musician, Caitlin is also a counselor and music therapist.
- Both Gone Beyond and Caitlin’s 2020 full-length debut What Rises were recorded at Peachfork Studios in Pomeroy, OH.
- Gone Beyond and What Rises were produced by Peachfork Studio’s owner, Bernie Nau, who is a member of the Recording Academy and a voting member of the Grammy Foundation.
- Caitlin says Garden is about finding compassion for yourself even after making mistakes or backsliding into negative behaviors.
- Fool grew out of a writing exercise focused on using similes.
- Caitlin says All Along is a “love song from a ghost”: “While there may be a playful element to this theme, it is also meant to represent the connection between the deceased and the living that continues on after a person leaves this realm.”
