COLUMBUS, Ohio (WOUB) – Faye Webster is an Atlanta-based singer-songwriter known for blending indie rock, folk, and R&B influences. Her introspective lyrics and understated vocal style have earned her critical acclaim and a dedicated following.

Webster’s latest album, Underdressed at the Symphony, continues her signature blend of indie rock, folk, and R&B influences. The record features introspective songwriting paired with understated instrumentation, maintaining the reflective tone present in her previous work. Through sparse arrangements and soft vocals, Webster explores themes of longing and emotional vulnerability.

On Thursday, Webster brought her U.S. tour to Kemba Live (405 Neil Avenue).

Japanese indie pop singer Mei Ehara opened for Webster. Ehara’s most recent release is 2024’s まだ早い果物.
