Pulitzer Prize winning author Jennifer Egan featured in lineup for 2025 Spring Literary Festival

ATHENS, Ohio (WOUB) – Since 1986, the Spring Literary Festival has showcased acclaimed poets, fiction writers, and nonfiction authors from around the world. The 2025 festival kicks off Wednesday in Athens with a lecture from Jennifer Egan, who won the 2011 Pulitzer Prize for A Visit From the Goon Squad. Organized by the Creative Writing program in the Ohio University English Department, the event offers free readings and lectures open to the public.
The 2025 event happens Wednesday and Thursday of this week.
