ATHENS, Ohio (WOUB) — Cleveland experimental group People in the Daytime joined Athens and Cleveland-based bands Ananke and White Flag Over Providence for a night of live music at The Union (18 West Union Street) on Friday, Sept. 25.

The three-band bill brought together a range of styles, from People in the Daytime’s blend of synth-pop and funk to Ananke’s indie-psych sound and White Flag Over Providence’s art rock, post-rock and chamber rock.

WOUB photographer Abbey Mader captured the performances.
